A Bit About Teri
Our team is led by Teri Hillery, a dedicated and experienced professional who is deeply committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those she serves.

Teri is an Outreach/Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant with Vocational Expert Services. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Troy University and has earned several prestigious certifications, including Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) through the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification (CRCC), and Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS) through the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC).

With over 15 years of experience in mental health and case management, Teri brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her work. She has been recognized as a Vocational Expert by the Social Security Administration and approved as an assistant vocational evaluator for the Florida Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. Teri is an active member of the Vocational Evaluation and Career Assessment Professionals Association (VECAP) and the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP).

Teri’s entrepreneurial spirit and deep sense of service led her to establish her own vocational consulting agency in July 2024, following a layoff from her previous role. Her commitment to helping others, particularly Veterans, runs deep. Teri has long supported her brother during his eight years of service in the United States Army, sending care packages to his battalion during the Afghanistan war. This personal connection has fueled her passion to give back to those who have served. Together with her husband, Teri actively provides housing for homeless veterans in Central Florida, demonstrating her unwavering dedication to improving the lives of those who have sacrificed for our country. Outside of her work, Teri enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family.
